Windows 98 Dial-Up Networking Walkthrough

To run the Internet Connection Wizard, click on the shortcut on your desktop or on the "Setup" button found under the "Connections" tab in the "Internet Options Control Panel". Please note that the installation may require you to insert your Windows 98 Distribution CD.
