Having never advertised, MCH Building has established its reputation purely
on referrals over the past 9 years. Our honest, straightforward, "no bull"

We take pride in our work and the quality of our finished product is of the

MCH Building prefers to work with trades (painters, plumbers, electricians,
tilers etc...) that we know so that we can be sure of the standard of work produced.
We will not cut corners or compromise on workmanship.

the cheapest quote then it is unlikely MCH Building will be the company you
choose. If you are looking for exceptional standards, a company who you can

Deciding to renovate our home to include a master bedroom with walk-in-robe
and ensuite, my wife and I began the search for a builder to co-ordinate the
project. As both of us are shift workers it was important to find someone that
would fit into our lifestyle (rather than the opposite), we needed someone we
could trust to give house keys to, and a person that we could throw ideas at
and get an honest reply. We also wanted it done yesterday!
Since deciding to use Michael Griggs from MCH Building, we have not looked back.
Michael answered our above needs without fault, and completely exceeded our
expectations by initially planning the job with us (so as to discomfort our
living environment least), working tirelessly and thoughtfully through every
step of the transformation.
The project involved structural considerations as well as water and ventilation
design challenges. Michael's attention to detail provided us with a finish that
we would otherwise have only dreamed. His strong knowledge of architectural
products and builders materials allows us to enjoy a magnificant environment
that is both functional and highly fashioned.
