Introduction:

Normally we give our customers a selection of Christmas specials in the hope that there is something there for everyone. This year we did not because we were busy getting our national dial-in number operating, introducing our domestic grade broadband, and revamping our whole web site.

These are now completed, so we are pleased to advise that we are offering a large number of New Year specials instead. Hopefully you will find something that is of interest to you or your friends. These specials are available until the end of March.

The above is spectacular enough by itself, but for our New Year Special we will reduce the total price for the first year down to $299 all inclusive

Annual payment discount:

Traditionally we offer a reward for annual advance payment for dial-up and domain hosting monthly fees, where we add a whole month FREE Occasionally we go a step further, and this is one of those times.

If you pay 12 months of dial-up and/or hosting fees in advance we will add TWO months equivalent amount into your account. IE a whopping 17% discount. (This is processed by canceling invoices to the appropriate $ amount, so that you can still subsequently change plans up or down as per normal, with the advance payment date adjusting accordingly)

Broadband:

This February we launched a range of Domestic Broadband services to compliment our Commercial and Network grade broadband services. As an opening special we will give 20% off broadband & networking hardware you require to go with your broadband connections (modems, firewalls, wireless or other network elements, etc, i.e. 20% off the prices shown on our web site www.easy.com.au)

On site virus removal:

When you get a computer store to 'fix' damage caused by viruses, hackers and trojens, they often take the easy way out by selling you a new hard drive, reloading the operating system, and then leaving you to reload programs and data if you still have it, or leave the second drive in place so you can get some data off it. In some cases this is the only solution, but in many it is possible to remove the viruses and retain most of what is on your computer, saving you significant time effort and heartache.

If you need us to come to site to work on a virus related problem, we will
halve the travel cost to $15, and reduce the labour rate by 25% to $66/hour

If you need us to send an MCSE for a domestic computer, we will reduce the travel cost to $25, reduce the $150/hr rate by 25% to $112.50/hr and reduce the network engineering rate from $250/hr to $190/hr

When you get our personal trainers to visit you in Sydney, for every hour of training we will include an additional half an hour FREE

$350, reduced from $500 to $1000, or only $300 with other web page work

Computer software tidy up:

If you need us to come to site to tidy up the software on your computer so it crashes less and runs faster without the need to upgrade to anew computer, we will halve the travel cost to $15, and reduce the labour rate by 25% to $66/hour (Typically we are on site for 1hr to 1.5hrs)

Grandparent or family member dial-in account gift pack:

Give the first year of our $6.60 dial-in service to a friend or family member for only $66, no set-up fees and nothing else to pay.

Give the first year of our $11 dial-in service to a friend or family member for only $110, no set-up fees and nothing else to pay.

(Note, like other customers they can change plans up or down, and/or use excess hours, thus lengthening or shortening the period the advance payment covers)
