Carmel no longer renders 3D*, however her books sold well in the 'Magic Eye' craze of the mid 90s, competing with the said company and out-selling other competitors with her company, 3D Magic, with business partner Karl Dorman. Floating 3D became a bestseller in London and Europe for its converge-eye (cross-eye) methods which caused the spatial 'depth' to appear above the page (outside the window), rather than inside the frustum as is for conventional diverge-eye methods.
